We believe in child-centered care, incorporating a combination of ABA teaching methodologies in a play-based learning environment where kids can still be kids. Our comprehensive approach includes the use of strategies such as naturalistic teaching, discrete trial training and verbal behavior training, to provide opportunities for children with all learning styles to thrive. We utilize only evidenced-based interventions, and monitor progress through consistent data collection and analysis over time.

Our Services
Turning Gears provides center-based ABA therapy for children ages 2 through 12. Our learning center provides children with an opportunity to learn and generalize skills across settings and individuals. Our comprehensive day program focuses on preparing young learners for the expectations of school, while our after-school social skills groups are designed to facilitate appropriate peer interactions in a supportive learning environment.
